I won't be, unless I re-arrange my flight to Inverness that day to suit...
Pondering whether I could find a way to make work want me to be in Manchester or Southampton on the Thursday or Friday... I like the street name in Basingstoke. And, not that it will confuse anyone, but I feel I should point out that Borders is on Buchanan St in Glasgow (not Buchan St). I spent many a happy hour there in my teenage years... Edit: aha! Take that all back. I had to cancel all my flights and rebook anyway, and it turned out the cheapest option now doesn't require me to get to Luton airport before 4pm. So I have a feeling I could nip into London for lunch and a brief hello, especially as it would conveniently give me something to read during the week's caravan holiday to follow...

think there are other coffee shops around but none as large...

Cool. I will need to have some sustenance beforehand anyway as it's likely I'll have to shoot off pretty sharpish afterwards (although not figured out
trains etc yet), so a coffeeshop sounds an excellent idea.
Slightly jealous of the Les Mis viewing. But only slightly given that I have seen it about 5 times... |

Any preference of place? We could also attempt a different venue- I only mention the two Starbucks above because Hobblings have been there before and I don't know the area well enough to come up with better. My train will get into CHX around half eleven (5.5) so I am good to meet up at 11:45 (or I can do my shopping at Lush first and then meet up with people around 12ish). |

I miss the old days when Forbidden Planet held their signings at the Cafe Munchen just round the corner, and the writers would sometimes stay around after the signing to have a drink with the fans. |

I know Robin doesn't mind, nor does Waterstones, having done this before... |
